I'm quite pleased. I put a potato in some soil in an IKEA bag and got quite a few potatoes. I think I'm going to make chips with the big one.
One of them has a very interesting and thick skin. I was intrigued as to how the insides look so I chopped it in half. Quite fine! I am wondering this is the one I got from the very bottom of the bag, so it may not have got quite as much water as the others.
